Straightforward guidance for eligible returns, damage claims, exchanges, and refunds.

Return window
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request an eligible return unless applicable law requires otherwise. Do not send an item until support supplies return instructions.
Return condition
Items should be unused, unwashed, unassembled where applicable, clean, complete, and returned with original accessories, inserts, and packaging. Used, stained, food-exposed, odor-affected, altered, damaged, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or final-sale goods may be ineligible except where law requires otherwise.
Food-contact and picnic goods
For health and safety, opened or used food-contact products, drinkware components, utensils, liners, or serving surfaces may have return restrictions. A packaging inspection does not authorize actual food or beverage use.
Starting a return
Email service@qelvazro.com with the order number, item name, reason, and photographs when relevant. Approved returns must follow the supplied address, packaging, documentation, and carrier instructions.
Return shipping
Customers generally cover shipping for preference, color, capacity, size, style, or change-of-mind returns. Responsibility for verified wrong, defective, incomplete, or transit-damaged products is determined during review.
Damage, defects, and missing parts
Report problems promptly and keep the shipping carton and packing materials. Provide photographs of the full item, affected area, parcel, label, packaging, and included components so we can assess replacement, parts, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection or after another agreed resolution. Original shipping, return shipping, duties, and fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our verified error.
Exchanges and timing
Direct exchanges depend on availability. A return and separate new order may be required. Financial institutions can take additional business days to post an issued refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
