Processing time
Orders are generally prepared within 1–5 business days after payment authorization. Weekends, holidays, peak demand, availability checks, address verification, and exceptional events may extend processing.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows appear at checkout or in order communications when available. They are estimates rather than guarantees and may change because of customs, weather, carrier capacity, remote destinations, or events beyond reasonable control.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is supplied when available, although scans may take time to appear. Items may ship separately because of size, protective packaging, stock location, or fulfillment routing, without an additional product charge.
Address responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and accurate deliverable address. Contact us immediately about errors; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Reshipment costs resulting from an incorrect or refused address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Duties and restrictions
Unless checkout states otherwise, recipients may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, or local charges. Delivery availability may be limited by carrier rules, destination restrictions, or product characteristics.
Large, fragile, or insulated goods
Picnic baskets, trays, food covers, glass-like items, insulated products, and multi-piece sets may require protective or separate packaging. Packaging dimensions may differ from assembled product dimensions.
Loss, damage, and delay
Inspect the delivery promptly. For damage, missing parts, or suspected loss, email us with the order number and clear photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, product, and affected area. Keep all packaging while the review is open.
Risk and title
Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the agreed delivery terms. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
